About this notice
Operator: Suzhou CRG Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. Responsible person: Terry. This notice covers the planned internal Google Ads reporting and keyword research tool, not general website enquiries. General website processing is covered by our Website Privacy Policy.
Status and access
The API connection is being prepared. No OAuth client or tokens have been created for this tool. Terry is the sole intended user, using CRG-owned Ads accounts. Before connecting, the actual Google permission request will be reviewed. Limited reporting functions do not mean that the Google permission scope itself is technically read-only.
Data and purpose
The first version is intended for keyword research and analysis of aggregate advertising reports for CRG’s own accounts. The exact API fields will be checked before connection, and this notice will be updated if the confirmed data flow differs. It will not retrieve customer enquiries, email addresses or phone numbers, or modify campaigns, bids or budgets.
Local storage and retention
Raw exports and reports will be stored in the project directory on the company computer for Terry’s internal analysis. CRG’s retention target for these local files is no more than 24 months. Terry is responsible for deleting them at expiry or upon request; automatic cleanup has not been implemented.
No separate cloud backup or data-body logging system is planned for this tool. Existing computer backup and system-log arrangements have not been audited, so this notice does not claim that no other copies can exist.
OpenAI and third-party processing
Necessary aggregate information may be provided to OpenAI through Codex for the requested analysis. Reports will not additionally be uploaded to cloud drives as part of this workflow. This is third-party processing, not an entirely local workflow.
OpenAI processing is governed by the terms and settings applicable to the actual account. CRG does not promise a particular OpenAI processing region, training treatment or deletion period. The 24-month local retention target does not set OpenAI’s retention period. Credentials and customer contact information are not part of the aggregate reporting material intended for this analysis.
Authorization and security
Credential storage and the final authorization scope will be specified before API connection. No implemented key vault or other unverified security control is claimed here. Access to CRG-controlled reports is intended for Terry only. This public website does not provide a Google sign-in or account-connection feature for the tool.
Revocation and deletion
Once a connection exists, Google account access can be revoked through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete retained files or prior third-party processing.
