Are you an EOAT manufacturer?
Yes. CRG is an EOAT manufacturer in China. We have more than 100 employees and a 2,000 m² facility. Our in-house R&D team provides one-stop EOAT solutions for industrial automation customers.
What is your typical lead time?
In-stock products are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days. Custom products usually require 15–20 business days. Contact us for a confirmed lead time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We typically accept T/T bank transfers. Contact us if you need to arrange another payment method.
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship with DHL, FedEx, TNT, and UPS. Air and sea freight are also available depending on order size, destination, and delivery requirements.
Can I order a sample for evaluation?
Yes. Tell us which items you would like to evaluate in your automation system, and we will confirm availability and pricing.
How are orders packed?
Products are protected with foam and packed in cartons, master cartons, or on wooden pallets, depending on size and shipping method.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty. It applies when products are installed and used correctly and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, hazardous operating conditions, unauthorized modification, or repair.
Do you provide custom EOAT solutions?
Yes. Send us your application requirements, drawings, and operating conditions. Our engineers will evaluate feasibility and recommend an appropriate design.
Do you provide CAD or 3D files for EOAT Components?
Yes. Email info@crg-eoat.com or use our contact form with the model numbers you need. We normally respond within 24 hours.
