Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a 12-year ISO9001:2008 manufacturer in China. At present, we have more than 100 employees and the factory covers an area of 2,000 square meters. We have independent R & D center, can provide one-stop EOAT solutions for our automation clients.
What is the delivery time?
For products in stock, they will be delivered out within 3 to 7 working days. For products that require customization, it may take 15 to 20 days. Please ask for an offer and we will show you specific time.
What payment methods available for you?
T/T in most of the time. Please let us know once you want to pay via other channels.
How do you ship the parts we ordered?
We cooperate with courier companies like DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS. By sea or by air is also available as per your requests or when we should choose that way.
can i get a sample ?
Yes, sample is available. Just advise the items that you want to evaluate with your automation system.
What do you pack the items we purchased?
Normally, the EOATs will be pack in the foam, carton, master carton or wood pallet to reduce the chance of during the shipping.
What is your quality warranty?
We offer an industry standard 12-month warranty on all of our products. Warranty is only valid as long as products are utilized and installed correctly. It does not cover any damage sustained from incorrect installation, incorrect usage or use in extremely hazardous environments. Warranty will be void if products have been tampered with any way by customer such as being opened up for repairs, modified, etc.
Is customization acceptable for you?
Sure! You can let us know about your requirements and application scenarios in details, and we will check and evaluate the possibilities if we can offer you the best design for your system.
Do you have CAD or 3d files(drawings） for your end of arm components?
Absolutely yes. Please send message directly to info@crg-eoat.com, or via the contact form in contact us page. We will send you 3d files for all the models within 24 hours.
